The Declaration of Community Project

The goal of the project is to use the innovative technologies to leave forever the threat of wildfires in California.

The project is implemented on public donations from individuals and organizations (crowdfunding), as well as through investments by venture investors and private micro-investors through the issue of STO – Security Token Offering (crowdinvesting). In order to monitor the implementation of the project, a Board of Trustees is being established. The project is commercial and, as a result of its implementation, subsidiaries must be created, which, in accordance with the contract agreement, will assume the responsibility of extinguishing and preventing wildfires in the United States.

The Board of Trustees is formed from non-indifferent to the problems of forest fires Californians and residents of other states. Personal citizenship and reputation in the society of each project participant, by joining forces, can in a very short time radically change the situation and leave all the problems of forest fires in the past.

The technology is based on an innovative method of extinguishing wildfires by artificial rain using unmanned airships interconnected as an air bridge with ground connections to the water supply and power supply systems.

Participation in the Board of Trustees is online and by correspondence. We expect that you will accept our invitation and your role will be significant for achieving the goal of the project - implementation in California, and then in other states, fast and inexpensive air bridge technology and artificial rain. This is a 100% victory over fires of any scale, saving hundreds of millions of dollars in budgets each year, safety for people and the environment.

We expect the trustees-mentors (advisors) at intervals of every 12-13 weeks:

• hearing reports on the results and plans of the project,

• participation in the discussion,

• recommendations to project managers,

• evaluation of the project budget,

• vote for proposed budget decisions,

• own ideas and suggestions.

Remuneration for participation in the Board of Trustees is not provided.

The Board of Trustees themselves makes decisions on the publication of decisions by the Board of Trustees.

Before reaching the project self-sufficiency budget of the project is formed from donations of individuals and organizations (crowdfunding), as well as from investors and micro-investors (crowdinvesting) funds, therefore for the project’s legitimacy we, the cofounders of this startup, consider it necessary to form a Board of Trustees to exercise public oversight for project activities in order to protect and support the project in order to be able to achieve all the set strategic goals in extinguishing wildfires.

We will create such a work format for the Board of Trustees, which will be as efficient and liberal as possible for discussions, at the same time will take some time in your schedule and allow you to work on the board from anywhere in the world.
